MJ Abdul is the founder of Jehiels Holdings, based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. A serial entrepreneur, his career has been built across risk management, regulatory compliance and SME finance — disciplines he has carried into every business he has started or advised.
That background shapes how Jehiels Holdings operates: opportunities are evaluated on their fundamentals first, structured properly before capital moves, and held to the same governance standards regardless of size — the same thinking behind Govenders Finance and Investments, and behind every business the group takes on.
He is also a substantial personal investor in the group, with capital of his own committed alongside the businesses he leads.
