Govenders Finance and Investments
First-time buyer assistance
First Home Finance — formerly known as FLISP — is a once-off, non-repayable government subsidy for qualifying first-time buyers, administered by the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC). This is an independent government programme, not a Govenders product.
Apply on the official First Home Finance portal
NHFC does not accept applications submitted on a buyer’s behalf by a third party — you apply directly, yourself, through their own system.
